Rongcheng Hongcheng New Material Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008, It's a wholly owned subsidiary of Zhuko group. We are specialized in producing high-precision sintered metal (powder metallurgy) parts, located in Renhe industrial park of Rongcheng city, Shangdong province, the factory covering 38,000 m2 and building around 16,000 m2 and first investment more than 25 million RMB; the products are widely used in automobiles, motorcycles, household appliances and filtration equipments, mainly exported to North America,South America, Europe and other developed countries. The company has all kinds of professional engineers and staffs more than 100 people, It created independent new product development and research team when plant founded; the production equipments included 18 units automatic & mechanical compacting machines from 25 to 500 ton, 3 units high temperature & mesh-belt sintering furnaces, 1 unit steam treatment furnace, 1 unit heat treatment quenching and tempering furnace, 1 unit automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine, more than 20 units of variety machining process equipments such as: turning, milling, drilling, grinding and CNC machining centers; It also with complete mold design and manufacturing workshop. The inspection equipments included CMM, 2D projector, material composition testing machine, metallographic testing machine, strength testing machine, Rockwell and Vickers testing machine. In order to continuous improve the quality and production environments, we has introduced and passed ISO 9001:2008 and TS 16949:2009 quality system certificate and ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system certificate in 2009 and 2010; so we are proud of being one of certified OEM's supplier of domestic and oversea automotitves industry based on the system, when the clients continuous improve the process and system, so the company has established a set of standard producing procedures of automotive industrial parts.
